This is already a five stars for me. Succinct, to-the-point science that isn't watered down too much.

Hmm. So there were some character deaths that I feel like were maybe a little underwhelming/disappointing due to the lack of development. I feel like they could have been interesting characters because their arcs seemed to be heading in an interesting way, but they just didn't get the time to grow. Kind of disappointed due to all the hype. Ok book -- like 4 stars so far, but not worth all the hype that I heard

Good book. I think was just intimidated by the massive size, so waited a while to start

C.E. Cannery is on page 14 of Quantum Physics for Beginners: An Easy Guide Revealing the Secrets of Quantum Mechanics
Um, not for beginners at all. There are parts that are really vague, and then there are parts that are just jargon overload (For example, the text will just randomly throw in terms like eigenstates or Poisson interactions. No explanation of what those are.) And even when something is attempted to be explained, it's very convoluted. The english is also really rough. Might be a DNF. One or two stars

There's just something about moors and hauntings that I really love. Enjoying this one immensely

It's very hard to read about the atrocities committed during this time period, but even just half way through, I feel like this should probably be required reading as the context/history provided in this book makes it easier to understanding how the current situation came to be (as before, with only our news coverage, I was quite confused.)

Eye-opening history on a very current topic - despite the release date of this book

Provides good actionable solutions for climate change that we can do now. Doesn't shy away from the negative aspects either.

Thoughts . . . kind of like day in the live of a glaciologist + murder -- I love geology (as it was my undergrad) but I might see why for people more interested in the murder there might be problems. Very interesting so far. (But I hate the format I was sent, can barely read the bleatin' thing)
