First chapter with a reference to being cheated upon …. Hmmm to read or not to read

There is so much depression and anxiety in this book, I am struggling

Her interactions are so bizarre. She is on a first name basis with a sheriff who didn't introduce himself. She falls into insta friendships with women she has never met before. They Go-to dinner and chat like old friends instead of slightly awkward strangers, none of the normal let me introduce myself and what brought you to town etc ...

This book is exactly what I thought... Talia Hibbert does YA... It's good really good... Better then most but I am realizing my patience for ya is very limited now

It's not an exact copy like the other weird series, but still far too many ideas are similar. I will give it some more though to be honest I didn't like Luca... He is a toxic version of Curran if ever

Half of multiple billions is still at least one billion. Half of one billion is 500 million. If a billionaire loses half their wealth, you don't have to sell all your cars and be down to one car. I mean, what is going on right now with not being able to replace broken stuff and no cars.

This should have definitely come with a trigger warning about emotional abuse. It is so much harder to digest because it is so much heavier. It's well handled, realistically written... But heavy... So heavy

Book 6 and finally a very very small detail they points to this author being unfamiliar with India. There is no drywall there and they don't usually cook in ovens... Bruh minor but it's good to a misstep cuz everything else is so well researched

This is possibly the 4th book set in a publishing house I read recently and maybe 7th where the leads are authors.
However, this one makes me smile. It's almost like love at first sight and to think I expected so little from it.

I am side eyeing this book super hard. Karma is a person, a person named Deva (probably white but never described) ? We are going to make a person embody karma? And like never give credit to where these concepts come from?

So far, most of this book has been two ppl talking to each other. I am not sure I can do this much more

How is there no trigger warning that depression and suicidal thoughts are so prominent in this book.
