i am reading this as an active revolution happens in my country and my people are trying to topple a dictator that has ruled over them for the past 47 years
i have not heard from my family for the past 40 hours as the dictator in question has cut off the internet on the inside
life imitates art as they say.

it is like a breath of fresh air to be reading actual good fantasy
so happy that my 14 yro self decided she does not want to read this and left it up to me to do it

i am not vibing with all the detailed fight scenes chapter after chapter and skimming (also skipping) through them has taught me they dont really matter cuz i still know what is going on.

i really enjoy the humour of this. very new to me as the fantasy books i usually read dont necessarily try to be humourous or funny.
