Finally...the premise of the trilogy. I'm enjoying this one more than the first.
Also, I just learned today that TNT is working on a TV series based on this book. Exciting.

Fascinating read. I still can't remember him but remember many of his references: Classics, Hogates, Video Music Connection, WOL ,KISS w/ D. Simpson. One passage stood out about Bob Johnson and Cathy Hughes: "Although BET's Bob Johnson is a black man and a businessman, he is not a "race man." Even Cathy Huges, as cheap as she was provided the illusion of caring for black people and running a family-like business".

Adrian is 50% done with For We Are Many (Bobiverse, #2)

I'm halfway through and I'm loving it. I waited 3 months for this one and its everything I expected....Also, thanks Dennis for providing a genealogy. It was getting difficult to keep up with all the Bobs.
