I read this for a student…

I think this book would have been better to read on paper. There are surveys and lists. My main take away is to stack one healthy habit at a time and get a buddy for support.

I’ve read a lot about WW2 and appreciated learning more about Vietnam. This book is a great reminder to take care of our Veterans.

This was recommended by a fellow cruiser on our Italian cruise. I started it on the final night and read the first novella. Definitely a guilty pleasure and I’m a little embarrassed to admit I read. Definitely not an audiobook for when the kids are in the car.
