Lots of good info (esp on unweighting!!!) but would love a little more on counter!!!!!! hmm

going better on my second attempt at reading this.

melancholic

love all the updates on the hobbit characters lol

Also I’m listening to parts on audiobook when I can’t physically read it and let me just say this narrator has made the singing parts GOD AWFUL he has a terrible voice

Tried reading this in 3rd grade and did finish it but I remember it being a slog for an 8 year old. Finally getting around to re-reading it as an adult with more developed Taste

are-reading to see if my taste has changed. Will probably be a hate-read

Lmao slide in pel-thenhior!!!!!!

Started listening on audiobook like a months ago and have been picking it up intermittently. Bought it on kindle so I can read it when I’m not listening because it started getting good enough that the audiobook is too slow

COMPUTA is it gay for something to turn over in your heart when you see your homie smile?

need something that will remind me that I don’t have to flinch when I see an em dash

Started this about a month ago and I’m marking where I left off… you ever have someone put into words thoughts you had but do it 1 billion times better? also great discussion of rhythm that should be mandatory

If Strovi is the killer I will riot

this setting is so damn cool. like I just love a big creature. gets five big booms from me: BOOM BOOK BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!!

grammar: questionable
writing: bad

Listened to this over the past week while doing busywork and I almost cried in the middle of vortexing some samples because of it.

I wanna write a review of this book and also write a comparison between it and Jonathan Strange but to do that I actually have to finish it… sigh…

why do I love the name diarmuid so much? idk but if a book has even a minor character with that name, I eat it up

okay but the omoluzu are SO COOL AND CREEPY

Restarting this because I don’t remember a damn thing lol

Having a post-colonial moment. Will I find this as good as I did in high school? stay tuned to find out.
