This book is useful because it demonstrates, illustrates, and shows readers the different managerial styles that are in the library, workplace, and other areas where there is a need for someone to lead a group of co-workers, classmates, and/or employees. That there are people with diversity in that they process information differently and therefore lead and follow a group in unique ways

This book is absolutely amazing in that I used it as a textbook for my Database Management class. Full of information, insight, and intuition, it touches upon the role of the collection developer as someone who regulates, weeds out, and completes a collection. It is both theoretical and includes practical application
