This looks promising. It’s 12am and I just started and I can’t put it down. Believe me, I tried. Several times. But I kept reaching for my e-reader after a few minutes. I don’t think I’m going to get much sleep tonight. 😅

Interesting. I’m starting to get why it’s one of the most well-liked manhwa. At this rate, I might not be able to put it down until I’m done.

I can’t stop laughing!

This is a re-read to revisit the story from 6 years ago and hopefully I can finally read the rest of the books in the series. I’m rethinking this decision at this point though remembering how I almost dropped this the first time I read it. I’m thinking I should have read Shot Callers instead. However, I’ve always wanted to know what happened to Lexi and Twitch after the first book so...

I’m having too much fun with this book and instead of reading it all in one go which is my usual MO, I’m stretching it out and trying to get my daily dose of Graham, Zoey and yes, Ulysses.

I feel like I haven’t read a fun book in a while. This looks promising. I would love to see how the relationship between Graham and Zoey would develop. I’d love to see more of Ulysses too!

Torn between wanting to read now and waiting until I can read peacefully later tonight.

I know it’s taking me an unusually long time to read this, but I’m enjoying it and savoring everything. It’s not just about Neve and Max, although I look forward to their encounters. It’s about seeing Neve grow as a person, overcoming her insecurities and finally enjoying life. I’d really love to see her stand up to Charlotte regardless of her weight. I hope it’s somewhere in this book.

These two are absolutely adorable. I wish I can get Max’s point of view too since I’d love to get in his head to see what he thinks and feels at this point, but it looks like everything’s going to be in Neve’s POV.

I wish I can just keep reading this. But this is the type of book that a reader savors and requires a reader’s full attention to truly appreciate it. No distractions. Alas, I’ll have to wait until later tonight to continue. 😅

I made a huge mistake by starting this at 11PM, it’s 2AM and I can’t put it down.

This book is taking too long. A lot has happened and I’m only 47% done. I’m starting to get tired of Ginny’s childish, selfish acts, as well as the arguments between her and Steve.

Curiosity made me read this book. It’s been referenced twice in Darynda Jones’ Charley Davidson books that I’ve read, and I was curious because Charley had three copies of the book. Then I kept reading that it’s THE book that started it all... started what? I wondered. So there.

I’m hooked starting from the prologue. But it’s 1:15am and I won’t get any sleep if I don’t put the book down.

The pace is not going as fast as I’d hoped and I find myself putting the book down more times and doing something else. I want to focus on Grizz and Ginny but all I’m getting are POVs of all the other characters. I’m sure they all have a big role there somewhere, but to be honest, I’m bored.

I’m supposed to do a lot of things today, but that Prologue makes me want to drop everything planned for today and just find out the answers to all of my questions. Who’s the “Daddy”, Ginny? What’s the name on the headstone? Where’s Mimi and Jason? Those new questions along with the questions from the previous books are occupying my mind at the moment.

Fun start. Time check: 12:15am. At this rate, I’m going to be up all night because I won’t be able to put this book down.

I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the violence and gore. Makes me cringe EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

But darn, I’ve put this book down several times since I started reading it because of all that blood. But I always come back for more.

When you get to the part where...aww shucks, there's a pesky overprotective rich parent who will do anything for the offspring and make sure that the hero and heroine will never get their happily-ever-after. It's going to get messy and I'm not sure I'm ready for all the drama. But that Prologue was so darn intriguing and emotional. I want more.... 😆

I can't help but feel like I'm reading "Love, Rosie" all over again. I know it's a totally different story. But 20% into the book, I'm not sure if I love it or hate it. Not ready to give up just yet.

Re-reading Belle Aurora's Friend-Zoned because of a book hangover (Lev!)

I started this while riding the train and I almost missed my stop. It's THAT interesting! I can't wait to get home and read more! :)

First chapter and I had to stop myself from laughing out loud else people on the train would think I'm crazy.

This book is funny. I have to be careful when I read this in public. I know I should just read this at home but, I just couldn't seem to get my hands off of it.
