Loved it

uugh, i feel like I haven't read a book since the end of July. I mean, I've read tons, mostly physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology textbooks etc. Sigh.

I take a few steps closer. And then so does he and I hear myself praying, Lord protect me from this naked white man . . .

"Beg a pardon," he say, "but where..." He stand there a minute, look down at his feet. "Where might I go to make water?"
