This is the first David Mitchell book I’ve started, despite owning three. So far, so very good. Simple, yet magical prose, shifting narrative styles and wonderful characters. I think I’m going to love this one.

This is bringing back fond memories. I was completely immersed in the whole Benn/Eubank rivalry in 90’s. I was firmly in the Benn camp. British Boxing has never reached these dizzy heights since and I’m sad to say probably never will.
