So Lauren Hough has decided to frame herself as victim and is using her followers on Twitter to harass and even dox people who were disgusted with her after she ranted and insulted reviewers for giving her POSITIVE reviews. The entitlement is astounding.

Danny 😭😭😭 Growing up in Canada, I think ppl forget the horrors inflicted for generations to the Indigenous community and the attempt at a cultural genocide. I'm glad to see Catherine not only offered Danny the "white therapy" as Danny put it, but pushed him to reconnect with his identity through spiritual indigenous therapy.

Ayama and The Thorn Wood. Ouf. That just became one of my favourite short stories ever. It's only about 50 pages and I've gotten attached to Ayama and am rooting hardcore for the romance. It has lowkey BATB elements which is plot I already adore. A girl can't help but smile at Ayama being black! Yuuuuuss!!

I don't know. I'm not feeling how it ended. This doesnt feel like a standalone.

Okay. More changes then a few. The magic is very different than the TV series. Very cliche—which the show changed; honestly for the best bcuz it's like the author googled 'witches' and added every cliche.

At this point, the plot has been stagnant and the description are paragraphs too long.

IMO, Freya was a much more likeable and redeemable character in the show.

So far, the show remained pretty faithful to the books—aside from a few minor changes. (Freya is nineteen with blonde hair and blue eyes, Dash is actually Bran, few missing characters)

But yikes Freya sleeping with Killian the night of the engagement party? Kinda hard to look at her the same.

There's no denying just how intelligent Bradbury was :( He some how manages to thoughtfully incorporate stylistic devices without losing the story. Montag is a really compelling main character, and the story is crazily relevant for a novel written in the 50's

Damn. Laini Taylor doesn't incorporate similes and metaphors, her writing is similes and metaphors. It's poetic. It's lyrical. It's stunning. I'm really jealous. 😭😭😭

These characters are like rabbits.

It doesn't make sense that Louvaen (supposedly intelligent and cautious) would do something impossibly stupid. Why not heed Gavin's warning?
