How is the main character’s grandma in her mid sixties and they act like she’s in her eighties? Talking about how her back is still straight even though she’s in her mid sixties. Is the author super young and doesn’t realize that mid sixties isn’t that old? That was weird

Just finished chapter IV and we are still in the drawing room as the characters are gossiping and talking about war. Also, apparently the hottest girl in Russia has a mustache and a harelip.
