Nice to see Mr. Tumnus, fan favorite. Susan is different than I remember, more sensitive to cry. Hwin, a lovely shy horse, very sweet. Bree is the Dad friend that everyone loves for him being smart and witty. Avaris is an interesting character and I’m interested in her character arc.

~ Happy to see Mr. Tumnus again, always a delight. Susan is much more sensitive to cry than I remember. Bree is hilarious and smart. Best dad friend ever. Love Hwin, the gentle shy horse. Aravis is an interesting character, excited to learn what she did when Shasta was mistaken for and hastily taken away.

After chapter three I took a break to re-read the first two books of the Chronicles of Narnia and then in this book Michael Reeves quotes from the first book Narnia 😂

Very much enjoying it, some real world advice already in exposing that wrong fear comes from unbelief and anxiety comes from a lack of fear of the LORD.
