This is more of a life manual, worth revisiting over and over, than a traditional nonfiction book. It includes many nuggets of actual wisdom which apply to every human being. I was lucky enough to read it with two friends, day by day in February, and we shared our thoughts via a group chat each day. I highly recommend the book, and reading it with others and sharing thoughts about how each day applies to you.
