While I am loving the wealth of information, I am concerned that the co-creator’s name does not appear on the cover. From the intro, it seems she was largely instrumental in the creation of the recipes, so why is her name omitted from the cover? That said, this might be a book I have to own. Of course, I will try a few recipes before making this determination.

Seriously. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. I don't remember the last book that made me feel so much.
