This definitely has a Lights Out vibe and I absolutely love it so far because it's even better than Lights Out!

Needed a break from this series for a bit. Finally getting back into it and finishing it.

Picked this up at the library. I couldn't finish the Academy or Secret Book Society. This is a NEED after the disaster of the Academy. I DNFd both.

Ughhh I hate hate hate the fact they had sex not even within like weeks of knowing each other. Only finishing this book because I like Bennett and I like the rest of the characters in the series but I can't stand Kira. What happened with the slow burns in this book series? Probably why I haven't read in a few days because this book is seriously lacking my motivation so I started another to get me back in.

Still been feeling crappy in a reading slump. 😭
