This is awesome so far!!! I am really loving the set up and action/background. Bad reviews are scaring me but unless the ending doesn’t deliver, I can’t imagine this going south. Not “horror” but def spooky

Stupid protagonist, sigh…. Ridiculous that “Sam” just shows up after never being photographed throughout the years with no information on where she had been and our girl just invites her to stay? She lets her persuade her into committing crimes and hides from her BF? Creepy cop who is her savior?! Wow, if I’m wrong on what’s going on here y’all can stab me.

Ugh passing time til a book I really want to read comes out in a few days. This is bad- I’m too old for it, I know. With dialogue like “are you, like, going to talk to him or whatever?” And statements like “Vicious (!) is the deadliest mofo in the neighborhood, still a hottie, #SorryNotSorry” I’m rolling my eyes all through this lunch break

Strong start!!!!! Of course they all start strong. Thrillers have let me down lately but this is captivating.

Is this YA? The prologue was perfection but this feels very weak. These are adults, correct? And what year is it exactly? There’s cell phones so… what’s with all of the weird homophobia and secrets?? And this “college” that’s cliquey and very high schoolish?

Ok, ridiculous but entertaining. These bffs are so close there’s no way one wouldn’t tell the other if they had a crazy one night stand with the campus fuckboy. And no way would the fuckboy try so hard to get into someone’s pants he hardly even likes.

Promising start!!! This would make an excellent movie. I needed a change from smut so I felt like starting a thriller.

Idk if I want to continue with this. I’m on chapter 14 and while it’s entertaining and the characters are cute, the whole thing is ridiculous. Give Elle a cut! She’s the best character
