I like the references quoting actual studies, a good read so far.

So far nothing concrete and lots of anecdotal references with personal experiences and pictures. Feels like reading a blog! Tiny wisdom nuggets sprinkled here and there but annoyingly long book. Anyways, will finish (skim through maybe) the book and see how it goes!
The author has an undercurrent of kindness though, which I like.
