Didn’t hold my attention. Moved swiftly between hero and heroine which I always have trouble with. Wasn’t sure why I should be into the hero but I did emphasize with the heroine who had a martyr complex.

About to tap out. I like the characters but there's no tension holding me to the pages.

I love historical romances. So much. But sometimes when I see the gross injustices done towards women because men can't maintain control of their base natures I want to fling the books across the room... but I go back and pick the books up. Because I love historical romances. Le sigh...

I'm in my happy place...

This book! I don't like the hero and I don't think I'm supposed to. He's deliciously deviant and perfectly perverted. I want to BE the heroine. I wish she gave lessons in personality. More than that I want to be the lead in the author's pencil ~what an amazing voice. Coming up for air to eat and practice good hygiene, then I'm diving back in til the end!

OMG this is soooo good! I love a heroine who is clueless about how awesome she is or how smitten the hero is with her.

This is really well written and well paced. The writing is crisp. I'm engaged. I do wish we got back into the heroine's head.

Love the main hero and the paranormal world building surrounding his character. But his love interest? Well, he's funny and witty, but he's being cast in a traditional, female, domesticated, homemaker role. I'm not enjoying that bit of characterization.

Some silly person discarded this book on the library leave a book take a book shelf. I took it!

Loved the television series, and I'm enjoying thew new experience of the story as told by the author.
