5*During the funerals, the outsider group arrives at the gates and demands to be let in. Rick denies them entry after a tense standoff, forcing Andrea to start picking them off. A firefight ensues, and Alexandria successfully defends their community from the invaders. But every walker nearby heard that gunfight.
Afterward, a distraught Douglas declares Rick the true leader that Alexandra needs.

4*We were following along as the community lived their day. Some were having good days, some bad. Rick told Carl that he's been talking to Lori on the imaginary phone. Carl was not to happy with Rick about that.

3.5*Rick and Douglas hash things out. They tell each other their darkest secrets and realize they've each had to do despicable things to keep their groups safe. Douglas still wants Rick to lead security but makes it clear that he's the leader of the group, and Rick shouldn't question it again.
Outside the walls, Glenn may have attracted some unwanted attention on his way back from a supply run.

3.5*Douglas doesn't care about Gabriels plee. He appreciates the newcomers.Rick lets his power get to his head, though, and he gets physical with Pete, who he believes to be beating his family. It spills into public, and Rick stages a mutiny against Douglas. Only to be stopped by Michonne...

3* Everyone is settling into their new roles in town and doing well. Abraham's construction crew is doing so well that new houses are opening up. Gabriel however, is battling the demons of what he's seen the group do outaide of the walls. He's told Douglas that the group is no good and doesn't belong. We'll see if this causes a rift.

4*Glenn and Rick devise and execute a plan to get guns for their group members. They hope to keep this a secret in case things get bad.
Outside of the community, Abraham receives an ominous warning about the safe haven and its founder. Things might not be as nice as they seem. He quickly proves his worth as he saves Holly from being attacked and gets right back to work, expanding the walls.

3.5*Months have passed. Buck meets with Eleanor to apologize for everything. He seems remorseful, but who cares? He's scum. He's on trial and only facing 9 months to a year, which seems like he's getting off easy.
Helen and Dan release two new wolves into the woods of Hope to start a new Wolfpack. The pups Luke rescued were relocated.

4*Buck is filled with rage, and Helen and Eleanors attempt to block his path to the den only makes it worse, but they are unable to stop him and his lynch mob.
Meanwhile, Luke is racing to get all the wolf pups out of the den.
Buck finally makes it to the den guns blazing. He shoots through the dark at first movement and hits Luke!

3.5*The whole town is at a wedding at the Millward ranch when the ceremony is interrupted by cattle in distress.
Eleanor and Ruth leave in a hurry to find Helen and Luke. They inform them that Buck killed two wolves and is intown rallying a mob to ambush the den and kill the rest. It's a race to the den to save the pups, stop Buck, and alert Dan and the authorities.

3*Bucks defiance has motivated Dan to tag all the wolves, monitor, and protect them. Rather than kill or relocate them. While monitoring them, they find the den is near a logging road. Unfortunately, this causes some loggers to mention it at the bar, and Clyde overhears this. Hoping to please Buck, he intends to yrap the remaining wolves himself and wants Kathy to teach him to use Lovelaces trap, the loop.

3.5* everything is boiling over. Lovelace killed the packs best hunters, causing the less skilled.younger wolves to prey on cattle. Luke discovers what Lovelace has been up to, causing federal agents to face off with Buck. Can Helen, Luke, and Dan catch Buck slipping? He's being pushed to his limit.

3* Finally, Luke stands up to Buck and leaves the ranch in the middle of calving season. This confrontation led Mrs Calder to leave Buck, too.
Lovelace has a change of heart and regrets his violent and traumatic past. He seemingly dies out by the mineshaft where he's been hiding all the dead wolves.

3* Abes court case puts the town in a stir.hes I'd found guilty,but there is no celebrating. Rumors of Helen and Luke's relationship spread around town, and Dan is jealous. He doesn't want to hear Luke's opinions about the Wolfpack. Buck has heard the rumors too, and he's strangley hits on Helen and tries to lure her away from Luke. She responds with a knee to his crotch.

3* Helen returns, and her reunion with Luke is great. They affirm their feelings for each other and become intimate. Rumors of this reach Buck. Their budding romance, combined with his failing affair, the town bracing for flood, and Lovelaces inactivity due to the weather put Buck in a sour mood.
The wolfpacks alpha male is severely wounded from the trap, and the pack is struggling to tend to him.

3* It's Christmas,and Helen is in Barbados at her father's wedding. She bonds with her sister over past traumas and clears the air of any misconceptions. Celia also seemingly gives her blessing for Helen to allow herself to be loved by Luke.
Back in Montana, Luke is at the cabin when Buzz slips out and appears to play with a wolf. They rake off into the woods where Buzz gets caught in Lovelaces trap. Lovelace has ...

2.5* The Alexandrians continue to cause our group to feel uneasy. This secure community feels phony and insincere compared to the harsh world and challenges our group has faced and our group is worried they too will become weak. Rick has Glenn find where they stashed all their weapons and the two seem to be planning on getting their firepower back.

3* The group tours Alexandria, gets their assigned positions, and gets split into 3 houses until more houses open up. Rick is dying to embrace this comfort but some are apprehensive about the new town and its people. Despite now having multiple houses, the group spends the first couple nights together in one for security. Is this new town safe and can our gang let their guard down and relax? To be determined...

3.5* Rick and the group are interviewed by the community's "leader", Douglas Monroe. He seems like a nice guy and quickly earns the groups trust. He appoints Rick as the constable right away. Our group is amazed at how peaceful and safe the community seems.
Unbeknownst to them, Douglas' wife is not happy they are here. Also, the community founder, Davidson has apparently done some unspeakable things. What secrets ...

3.5* Lovelace kills his first two wolves. Helen and Luke are preparing for her trip to her fathers wedding. He tells her that he loves her. She is worried about their age difference and the possibility of her hurting him. He doesn't care. She heads away for a 10 day trip.
They were so distracted they didn't notice Buzz barking. Afterwards footprints are in the snow outside the cabin. My guess is Bucks snooping around

3.5* Our group nearly gets overtaken going through DC but are saved by some of Aarons community members. They press on to Alexandria VA where Rick finally gets a glimpse of the community and has a smile on his face as this could finally be the security they need. Hard not to recall Woodbury though...

2* Buck finds out that Eleanor is aware of his affair with Ruth. Ruth makes it very clear that they are done fooling around. He also butts heads with Lovelace and gets no good news there. Eleanor takes joy in seeing him squirm.

3* The newcomer is Aaron. He is offering safety and food in his community of around 40 people. All he wants in return is good people willing to contribute to the community. The offer seems too good to be true and has Rick weary, the rest of the group is starving and has no hesitation to join Aaron in his community.

3.5* Lovelace is shook by Kathys baby. It's the first baby he's ever met and it stirs up memories of his wife's death. She questioned his life's work and all the animals hes exterminated. Is he going to go soft?
Meanwhile, snowed in the cabin, Luke and Helens bond grows deeper as she shares the details of her break up with Joel. He comforts her and they finally share a kiss and maybe more.

4* Rick and Carl finally have time to talk about Ben. Rick explains they are good people that sometimes need to do bad things to stay safe.
Eugene is revealed to be a scam when Rick finds his radio never had batteries in it. Abraham is distraught about the people that died and the time wasted to achieve his fake mission. Rick consoles him and they bond over the tough decisions they've made as leaders. A new figure...

3.5* JJ Lovelace arrives secretly in town ready to exterminate the wolves. At Thanksgiving, Helen is at the Calders as Lukes guest. She finds the whole family very charming and has a great time. 4* Against Gabriels wishes, the group mutilates the Hunters. Back at the church, Rick and Dale put aside their differences and Dale thanks Rick for keeping the group going so long. That night he turns and Andrea puts him down. After his funeral pyre, Rick thinks hes confessing to Abraham that they were to brutal with the hunters and its haunting him. 4* While Helen has been emotionally recovering, Luke has been taking care of her and keeping up with the traps. He's caught one which finally forces her out of the cabin to help him. Unfortunately, he caught a grizzly cub. As they sedate and release the cub, they get attacked by an adult grizzly that leads to a daring escape. Their bond is stronger than ever, she realizes he loves her and is himself with only her.

5* Dale briefs Rick on the cannibals. Rick, Abraham, Michonne, and Andrea go out to scout the group. It's the last thing the Hunters are expecting and Ricks arrival catches them off guard. Rick and Chris chat to no settlement. Chris thinks he has the upper hand but Rick signals Andrea to snipe ears and fingers if they move while Abraham collects their weapons. 2.5* Dan is forced to take lethal action against local wolves. This temporary appeases the ranchers but sends environmentalist into rage. He's struggling to manage while Helen is MIA.
