Why do I wait so long to read these books they’re just amazing

I don’t think these ultra slow burns are for me… really great writing and story but did I really have to read 500 pages before a measly kiss? nary a mention of a single pickle 🫠

Gosh the writing is so juvenile and the missing punctuation is killing me but the plot is juicy so I’ll keep reading
