I loved Cain and Abel’s story but what I just read ruined the entire series for me. I’m so upset I am going to pause this for now but I’m 90% sure it’s a DNF. Idk if I can ever read this author again. 😭

This woman has to be the leader of all dumbass heroines . They just find a human eyeball not attached to its owner and this bitch wants to leave and go get her laptop without telling her boyfriend where she’s going . Literally the sentence before was how she felt like she was being watched by as she called it to her mom, a serial killer ! Seriously fuck me! Why can’t I put this book down? It’s pissing me off!

This book makes me want to throw my kindle at the wall especially the heroine Alexandra. She is so on the fence and wishy washy that she drags the reader back and forth. She wants Eli, she doesn’t. She wants him. She doesn’t . I understand she’s trying to guard her heart after a loss but man make a decision . 🤦‍♀️

I have fallen in love with this author! I am on the second book that I have read by her and once again she has my heart pounding !

So this is really weird . I thought I would be reading about characters that were side characters in The Gamble but these are all new people . Even the books in the series set in the same town seem to be a whole new cast of characters . This is different than most series that I’ve read and I’m not sure I like it . 😢

I am so annoyed when people rate books before they are even finished yet . What makes it worse is when they are given 1 star! What assholes ! I am a constant reader and the reviews on here help me find new books to read so please don’t rate a book 1 star when you haven’t laid eyes on it yet ! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’m really struggling with this one ! It’s not interesting , I can’t stand the writing style . Too many characters and subplots introduced at one time. I’m trying but don’t think I will make it through this one . I’m hoping even if the first book is bad it will get better with each book. 😢

Waiting waiting waiting

So sex scenes don’t bother me but I am new to audio books and I have to say it’s a whole different experience. I’ve also listened to some with rape scenes . Am I the only one who cringes listening to those scenes on audio?

Wow reading all of the reviews I still didn’t believe anything could shock me. I’ve read a ton of dark stuff but this one has absolutely surprised me and I can’t stop reading it! All aboard the crazy train!

Wow this writer is so descriptive ! One gory scene I was eating and reading and gagged. I can almost see and smell what is in this book. The writing is crazy good!

Is it just me? I don’t understand Johnny and Izzy’s language. It’s so confusing ?
