Tatiana Maslany read book 1 and it was a DREAM. She was so great. This audiobook is almost painful to listen to in comparison. They did not choose the right person to voice a teenager. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish it.

So Many comparisons to Succession and it’s true! But I hate to say that my brain’s ability to drop the characters from THIS story into the fully formed universe of the TV show did a lot of the work that the author usually has to do themselves. I don’t think the book would be as good if I didn’t already have all the details of Succession in my brain and ready to fill in any gaps.
