I didn’t understand the 1,000 pages of this book but now that I’m listening to it, there’s so many side stories and characters that are so important and necessary to the story.

I’m reading and thinking there’s a lot of similarities to butcher and blackbird. Then I look at the author and realized that they have the same author. Duh.

Holy guacamole this is a long book. There’s some Beauty and the Beast stuff like falling in love with your captor but it’s interesting. Also, part 2 already started to clarify things
