Ok, the intro was a bit of a miss. I had to wrap my mind around the definition of Power Paradox. It doesn't quite fall easily in place, in part because power as provided for and affirmed by others to you can easily be related to respect or fear. It's also not as easy cause it asks for a different categorization or mash up of values into a umbrella concept which instead of clarification can also be very confusing.
