Una honesta y humilde descripción de una disciplina muchas veces incomprendida. Los decálogos son excelentes referencias: Un buen acompañante, etiqueta en Dojo, Dudas frecuentes de un principiante y ejercicios de Ukemi.
Lo anterior, sumado a 95 hojas llenas de fotografias describiendo las técnicas desde 6to a 1er Kyu sirven de referencia para todos los niveles.

Muy recomendado.
