I truly can’t stand a character that is such a ‘pick me’ girl that she’s willing to ruin and/or lose everything. Like be a big girl and set boundaries. If they don’t like you because you want to go home to your spouse and child… you’re clearly dodging a bullet.

It’s a little funny, but one of the characters keeps finding themselves struggling to create/complete hairstyles on another- and I always want to yell at her to just use the internet, but the internet doesn’t exist in this book.

It is really good so far, if a bit predictable

I am DNF(for now) - I’m enjoying the story but a few chapters have abruptly stopped mid sentence. I plan to grab the book and try again on release day.

The writing as a whole is phenomenal and I so love Clara and hope she finds her answers by the end of the story.

I’m having a hard time trying to figure out facts from fiction- and I’m a little disturbed that real photos are included of these girls while their stories are being twisted??

I need to find someone to discuss with!

I managed to “finish” this book while sleeping - basically I fell asleep with the book open, oops!
So far I’m loving it! If you see anything otherwise ignore it 🤣 I need to learn to sleep with my phone on the nightstand instead of under my pillow

Painful to read- horrible grammar editing- and use of the wrong name at least once.

This book is ok- my biggest complaint currently is that there are too many POVs- if you can call them that. All are in 3rd person

Someone please tell me this gets less manic, and starts to actually make sense?!

“On a Snowy Christmas” was so good! It was really well written with a lot of excitement and anticipation.

A plane crash leaves Adelaide, and Maxim stranded in a horrible snow storm. Whether or not they’ll make it out is unknown, and man was it intense. It’s a little steamy at times, but it works well with the overall progression of things.

I’m giving this story 4 stars!

I've heard such good things about this book, and how dark it was... yet I'm bored and this is it nearly dark enough for me.. not sure I'll finish it

Pleasantly surprised by this book. Carey definitely knows how to hook a reader!

The first 4% of this book is all "praise" for Mike Bond's other work... this sits poorly with me, because I don't quite care about your other work right now... I'm just interested in Assassins...

I feel this is also something that should be added to the end of the book, vs. the beginning.

I don't normally do updates likes this while reading, but I just have to with this book.


I'm not even halfway through and I'm enchanted with Andrea's words. Her eloquence and imagery is amazing. I've highlighted more in this 40% than I think I have in the last 6 books collectively.

This book may not be out yet, but y'all, add it to your TBR. I'm blown away.

Just finished chapter 1, and let me tell you right now, Abbie is funny! She does a wonderful job (so far) of inserting humor into a rather serious set of circumstances.

FLOVED IT! Wonderful,gripping, heart wrenching, beautiful words. My first Claire book, but certainly not my last. I loved Elle from the start, like page 1 sentence 1 and I wasn't disappointed. I love that this book just grips you, and makes you feel what they feel. The angst, the hurt, the love. All of it. Read it. Do it. Right now!

OH MY WORD! KA Tucker is effing unbelievable! I seriously don't know what to think. The possibilities of who this "killer" could be are endless. So.stinking.excited!

Oh my!! I started this book last night and could NOT put it down.

I'm completely enamored with this story. So much has happened, and so much more is coming. Dean is thorough and incredibly intriguing!

I love that this story is set in an earlier time and that I have an idea of what's going on, due to studying psych in college. However I have no idea who they key players are, or where this story is going and that is thrilling! I'm hooked.
