Ok, actually reading this now. Trying to clear out my 10-deep queue of in-progress books.

I was hoping to finish this weekend, but did not get as much time to read as I hoped.

Amazing so far - took all of 20 pages to pull me in and now it's very hard to put down.

Also, my shelf of "to-read" books is about as bad as it has ever been. A good problem to have, I suppose.

The TV in our common area in the office had a blurb about the book. Woodward's track record speaks for itself (in my opinion), starting with the Nixon administration and most recently with a very good series looking at "The Bush Wars". This one promises to be juicy, featuring content from Patraeus to Holbrooke to Karzai to H. Clinton.

I just pre-ordered Bob Woodward's "Obama's Wars". It is released on 9/27 - the Kindle version was $14.99 (about a dollar less than the hardback, still struggle with that). It's cool, since it will be delivered automatically in the early morning of 9/27 - I'm curious to see how that works.
