I am actually listening with Audible. The narrator is the absolute best. It’s 15 hours and I am at hour 10. Pretty good so far. Not digging the main female character though.

Listening to the audible. Interesting. Different vibe. Right now I find the observations of another species about humans hilarious. I just wonder if it can maintain the interest.

I’m hooked

It is so good so far. Listening to the audible which to me has one of the best narrators. Susan Erickson is Eve. She is every character. I can’t imagine anyone else doing the books.

The book is good. I love Kristen Ashley and this book is old school Kristen. I just have issue with the last chapter I read. Men get mad and unfortunately too many women are in the crossfire of that anger. Is that okay? Is that an excuse to put your hands on a woman and mark them because they got in the way of that anger?

I can’t. This book is just uninteresting. I love Shay Savage. So me saying this about her book is not usual. But it holds no interest for me so I am going to close it and maybe come back later.

Ok. I thought this would be a great series but I’m seeing in this first book, the author should have taken an opportunity to research MCs from a male point of view. What president of an MC describes something as “Ewwww”. This is apparently a bad ass MC and he says “Ewww”. WTH!!!!! I was going to stop reading but I will keep going. If there is another “Ewww” I’m done!!!

I am half way through and I cannot begin to express how accurate and beautiful this story is. I applaud Ms. Ryan. Kimba and Ezra are amazing.

Gut wrenching. Wow.

So here's the thing.... I really like the book. I think the problem is that I read the first book, Pestilence, and then went right into this book. It is quite intense. I decided to take a break. I will go back to the book. I am reading something more light hearted. I will be back.

I’m struggling with this book. Started off pretty interesting but the dynamics of the two lead characters is just weird. How do you forget and fall for a Horseman and he is killing everything and everyone around you?

Sorry, I cannot finish this. The characters are horrible. I am so surprised that EL James wrote this. I mean I just could not get into it. It was not a cohesive story and the characters did nothing to intrigue me. Such a shame. Hopefully her next book will be better.

God, please tell me this is not another book where the female character is weak and gullible to a handsome face. He is a prince but My God, have some self respect!!!!!

Not sure why I bought this because this truly goes against what I promised myself I would not read. But I am such a Karina Halle fan, I just had to buy it. So it is with a sad heart that I say that I do not care for this book too much. I am trying to get into it but the characters just are not doing it for me. I will make it to the end and give a full review.

I have have read the first two books of this series. I did not know the third was out yet. So when I found out, I reread the first as a reminder. I am at the half way mark and I am encouraging you all to read this series. I am so totally hooked. I was laying off the cheesy romance and this is not. Trust! This series is RAW

I may pick up and read later. Can’t do it right now. Not going to rate because it’s not a bad book.

I think for the first time I am putting down a book by this author. I am done with the billionaire playboy and damsel in distress book. I literally cannot take it anymore. I gotta have something more. New Years resolution: I love romance but done with this kind of book. Unless.....there is some kind of awesome twist.

Joe and Vi are the best even though I did not particularly like the story. The second story, I do not like the characters. I did not like them when I read Heaven so I skipped that story. Hap and Lucy.

Just the first few pages has my interest high. I hope it lasts.

I’m having a hard time with the plot of this book because the characters are so unbelievable. I have not read a book like this in a while and now I remember why. Cheesy paranormal. I’m only at 20% so I am hoping it gets better.

Stopped reading. A little immature for me and just did not grab me. Going to read some other time.

Not really feeling this. Heard a lot of good things but it has not captured me. I may come back later.

Now I remember why I stopped reading these books. OMG! Really. This may be a DNF. I hated these characters before in other books and they are exactly the same. Very irritating

So far I am enjoying this book. Not sure how I feel about Novo and Peyton. Especially the way Novo is described. Not healthy at all. She sounds like she is extremely malnourished . How is that attractive? Now Saxton and Ruhn is going to be quite interesting.

There is some crazy stuff happening in this book. I cannot understand what JR Ward was thinking when she wrote some of this stuff. I'm on chapter 13.
