These names are ridiculous and I read fantasy novels. Letters to Ellen DeGeneres is certainly a way of having flashback chapters. I always laugh at Michael Bay movies when the supermodel has a PhD in Mathematics, but I guess romance writers do it too. What a time to be alive.

The writing is quite good, but I'm not a big fan of going down the family line for POVs gimmick. It prevents me from spending a lot of time getting to know the characters.
