I love this Nahri

Still having trouble keeping track of politics and get myself into a sympathetic mindset with the various factions, but that might be a cultural thing? Very much enjoying the characters and story regardless.

I already love Nahri and Dara. There’s a lot of politics and history to keep track of in the first few chapters though. I had to flip back and forth a lot for references.

Flexing those Hawaiian Pidgin muscles... The multiple perspectives are hard to get used to. I tend not to like books that jump between perspectives. We’ll see.
