Artwork is neat. Stories are lacking.

So far the Lynn Painter one has my vote. The Uno card game is so cute!

Feels like a deviation from her other books in that this is a full swing romance. And even romantic comedy territory. Which I guess aligns with the prologue

Wasn't sure I would enjoy this one as much as the first book in the series. Still on the fence, but not disappointed.

Solid book by Rowell so far. Quirky and fun.

A wee bit confused as there is a lot of world building on the fly, two character POVs, and then the past and present POVs for each too. But hopefully it will settle in my brain soon. A lot of this is me and age making it harder to just stay in the story.

Things are still murky but this is a great story. My bias for Ackerman? Maybe. It's interesting because I'm reading Atmosphere by TJR at the same time and the voices blur to the point where I keep thinking this is a TJR and Atmosphere is an Ackerman.
