So far, fantastic. I love this. I can't really say it any better than the previous review by Swami though.

Great advice. This book is giving me some good ideas and inspiration to apply to my work life. I haven't totally wrapped my head around applying it to all of life. The thing I don't like so far are the examples. I don't really think that learned helplessness applies here either.

The author is very witty in a thoughtful contextual way. Smart. The book requires you to pay attention. You need what you read in one chapter for context of another. Even though I might quit part-way through, the book has given me so much insight into my own stress responses and the intermittent stressors that I have throughout a day. It inspired me to change some things.
