You can only read a book for the first time once, so I have not been rushing through this book.

I began reading it in the summer. Late into July, I found it difficult to continue. Not because of the content, but because of the context. I'll keep reading it as I have the space.

Needless to say, it is a fantastic, and incredibly well written book so far. It's one I'm excited to read, though not excited to finish.

Probably the best finance book I’ve ever read. Explains the styles of investing perfectly clearly, and goes on the demonstrate how income investing is not only one of the most effective investing strategies in general (and is my personal favourite), but also how it is the best strategy for retirement investing.

Will be finishing this book very soon.

This is a very good book so far. It is an analytical view and simple breakdown on 'donating to charities'. I'm only 5 chapters in, but I must say the author has an incredibly simple, easy to read style of writing, but not at the cost of valuable information. The near scientific text is communicated as clearly as cheap fiction while being as information rich as a textbook. Basically an avocado of a book. Very nice.

Just finished the second lesson, and I must say it's worth the hype. I get the sense that most people nowadays will know 90% of what's in this book (so far), but why be top 10% when you can be top 0.10%?

Also, what I love most about this book is that it's written largely in the form of a narrative- a unique style which offers a particular lightness to the text.

I am oh-so-glad that I am not majoring in Political Science- should be finished soon and will post a full review following my usual 'textbook review' style.

I almost never read more than 1 book at once; some rules are worth breaking.

Page 18 and John Green has already done something that some authors take 200 pages to do: make me care, and then raise the stakes. He adds tension from the beginning, and seriously knows how to tell a good story.

I actually have a signed copy with a DFTBA inscription in it, and I already like it. I don’t know if it’s 5 star worthy yet, but I do know that it is too early to tell. I also know that if this book turns out to be 5 star worthy, which it has the propensity to due to the fact that I have loved all of his other YA books and rated them 5 stars, that I will write a letter to Mr. Green himself. Stay tuned!

I love it

I believe that books come into your life at precisely the right time. I believe it is the perfect time to read this book; I hope it does not disappoint me.

Zzzzzzzzz... oh right, I was reading....This book is SO... BORING!! Okay so I am just over halfway done this book, and it has got me falling asleep every time I read it. It is loaded with symbolism, sometimes it’s too much or sometimes it’s too obvious. 1.5 stars so far.
