the BICKERING!!! this book is so good, finally some quality hate-to-love

Pausing the book for tonight because the over-the-top references to chronically online twitter events and brand-names are taking me out of the reading 😭

I’m having trouble with this book, which is a shocker to me because I’ve always been an astronomy enthusiast since I was a kid, but the pacing in this book so far has been disappointing. I hope it gets better later on in the book but damn, it’s been a struggle to keep going, which is a first in a long time in a book for me 😭

I started this because I love any version of enemies to lovers or viceversa but omfg Nicholas so far is insufferable, any momma’s boy is such a big red flag including the mother, at this point I’m rooting for Naomi to run out of there 😭💀

I’m having a hard time rooting for the main character because her reasoning of being very money/materialistic things driven over family/connection feels so shallow to me 😭
