been struggling a bit with this sequel because of the fact they broke them up for this, and my loan at the library just expired and it was right at the part it got interesting so now i feel like when a weekly tv show leaves you on a cliffhanger except i’ll have to wait a month 😭

Pausing the book for tonight because the over-the-top references to chronically online twitter events and brand-names are taking me out of the reading 😭

I’m having trouble with this book, which is a shocker to me because I’ve always been an astronomy enthusiast since I was a kid, but the pacing in this book so far has been disappointing. I hope it gets better later on in the book but damn, it’s been a struggle to keep going, which is a first in a long time in a book for me 😭

I started this because I love any version of enemies to lovers or viceversa but omfg Nicholas so far is insufferable, any momma’s boy is such a big red flag including the mother, at this point I’m rooting for Naomi to run out of there 😭💀
