”You’re not like other girls” as a compliment and the main protagonist having multiple super hot men drooling over her appearance but she doesn’t UNDERSTAND how she could POSSIBLY be pretty is Tumblr fanfiction 2014-level writing. The setting and story are interesting though.

Not sure about this Charlie yet, but Charlie Lastra is still fresh in my mind so that might be why. Maybe he’ll grow on me!
