Currently Reading Chapter 2 on Time. Apart from important ideas on time management, it answers and focusses on answering the why? and the art of goal setting. (Could not complete the Chapter today as it is a bit bigger than previous one)

Completed the First Chapter in One Day. Had an opportunity to work with a workbook after primary school after a long time and the exercises made the learning active. Although, the topic about modes and learning style could have emphasized the difference a little bit more clearly, other than that the book read like a breeze.

Learnt about different learning styles and completed the exercises to assess where I stand.

Completed the first Chapter. This felt like it can be applied to general life settings not just to academic situations.
