Did not know this was about a pastor. Gonna skip.

OK, 90 pages in and the parts between the 2 main characters are great. But the background story is not. Gonna give it a bit more, but I might abandon this one.

Ugh. Enjoying the Paris stuff in this one. Not enjoying the teenage trauma that is part of this story. At all.

Sad to say but I'm tossing this one. Even though there have been several funny moments, I still have 70 pages left and I just don't care. Hate to give up with so little left, but this one has not resonated with me at all.

I'm (not really) sorry but this was not identified as a christian novel. Even though parts seemed interesting, the christian stuff is too distracting for me. DNF

Crap - I seem to have stumbled into a somewhat Christian novel. Not my thing AT ALL. Gonna continue with it since it’s not too much yet. But….

Over 70 pages in and the guy is basically an asshole. Not sure if this is worth it. Gonna give it at least another 30 pages.

I guess I am getting frustrated as we reach the end of the year. I am only 50 pages or so into this one and it's just too frustratingly troubled. Just not feeling it even though it's probably an ok read. To note: at this time, there are NO other reviews of this story. Gonna give it a pass.

Soooooooo - this one is cute and I love the dog. But it's annoyingly obtuse. The fact that mortal enemies would not recognize each other is slightly inconceivable. Gonna give it up after 140 pages.

So far this one is proving to be my least favorite in the series. Just not into the type of sexual relationship they had/have. I don’t need trigger warnings, but the “dom” stuff is not my cup of tea. I am about 50% done, hope it improves.

Ugh. I am just not feeling this. At all. I am determined to finish it, but not enjoying it and it's taking forever. I have several more books downloaded by this author and I am trying to determine if future stories will be worth it.

Um, I do not mean to be obtuse. But I am on page 21 and soooooo confused. How many freaking stories are going on in this one? Gonna keep reading, but...

I am really liking this one. It 's so thoughtful and interesting. The insight into fibromyalgia is truly informative. And on a lighter note - tons of kitties!! Reading this one quick (and stayed up way too late last night).

Just sex. The sex was fine. I just wanted more from this and really can't muster the energy to continue when I just don't care.

Ugh, this is frustrating. I want to like it, but I don't. And life is simply too short. Gonna move on.

OK, not going to abandon this one, but not really feeling it. So I'll pause and perhaps try again, some day.

Oy! This one is frustrating. It seems to move so slowly. It feels like it's taking forever to read and I just want it to kick in. C'mon let's get to it. Fix it up, mix it up with the neighbor and stop beleaguering around.

Unmm I am at page 300 and what’s basically shocking me right now is the utter violence in this novel. It’s just so matter of fact and unsettling.

I am 150 pages into this and have learned more about making moonshine than I ever needed to know. But as always, this Brown novel is reading fast and my brain is sparking trying to figure out which implied villain is doing what and to whom. Bring it on!

Not loving this one as much, so far. It started with domestic turmoil and it's not stopped. Not my type of fun reading. Also, I can appreciate that these can be stand alone novels, but I really miss interacting with the families and characters from the previous novels. I'll just keep reading.

I am LOVING this book. So quirky and fun. I just keep giggling.
