I am finding parts of this book a very difficult read and as such I have stopped on page 166 I am unsure if its perhaps my lack of habit or lack of interest some of the ideas and themes are interesting although it is a massive supporter of taking phycadellics to have a safe transformative experience I am just about to start part 3 but have decided to change and will try and read the rest when feeling more interested

Just finished this book on the 07/02 after starting in january
Very good and some great takeaways to really impact your day a lot of reinforcing and reminding on learned behaviour

Slightly airy and can be quite fruity with the spirtitual stuff and the story that goes along with it could be worked on but the takeaways are great

My love for Ryan Holiday Continues - this will be Staple reading for me on a yearly basis - it's not the type of book you can read at once - read after daily meditation 👌👌👌

Another fantastic read by Ryan Holiday you can come back to this book on a yearly basis , the bonus content at the end is worth while 👍👍👍

A Perennial Seller this easy read is fanstic, another classic from Ryan Holiday - it makes you take a step back and evaluate what is already in the box

This is a book I will most likely read on a yearly basis - some great input / worth a read
