If the rest of the novel is as much fun as the first chapter I will be a very happy reader!

I’m working through this book as I revise my manuscript and it’s definitely helpful! I have a library copy but I might buy one for my collection of writing-craft books.

I have once again picked up this book and continue to plod along. It’s beautifully written, has a compelling story line, and great characters. I have no idea why I’m having such a hard time with it.

This book was published in 1991, and like many older books it patiently sets up the characters and premise. Then it grabs you and won’t let go!
