Love this woman!

Got about 4 minutes into Chapter 44, and realized I'm limited to 15hrs/mo of audiobook listening on Spotify. And nearly out for the month. D'oh.

1/5/25 Stopped around Chapter 5; got sucked into Nettle and Bone

Left of in Chapter 21 in Spotify. Just got busy, and then drawn to other reads. Will return to this, though.

Left off in Chapter 5 on 12/29/23...losing focus, bit boring. Might be due to the audiobook format.

2/22/24 Got to Chapter XII in audiobook, but decided to set it aside in favor of print or e-reader copy, as I think the maps and notes might be helpful in keeping people and places and factions and histories straight.

P.153 of Cowslip's warren rabbits: "And since they could not bear the truth, these singers, who might in some other place have been wise, were squeezed under the terrible weight of the warren's secret until they gulped out fine folly -- about dignity and acquiescence, and anything else that could make believe that the rabbit loved the shining wire."

Really enjoying it, loved the story of the king's lettuce, curious to see where it goes, and hoping it doesn't turn out as offputting as the film did for young me

well into part 2, and I'm not disliking it, but I am having some difficulty really engaging with it. Great visuals and concepts, but haven't found anything to latch onto in terms of character or plot or language.... Forging ahead, though.

Just into chapter 2. Enjoyable, has fun moments. Think I would prefer it as a novel, as this audio play feels a bit like a cast table read -- acted more playfully than dramatically
