Right now, Chris is trying to make the starting lineup. He is competing with a kid named Dontae. The girl, Greta is trying to help him out. Greta gets her mom to help out, who was a high school star. Her name is Mimi, which who is helping him out. She is helping him with defense. Now they are scrimmaging at practice, and the gold team is winning. So far I'm enjoying this book. Realism makes this book so good. Good!!!

Ben and his team went on to win the championship at the end against Darby. While I was reading this, I could feel like I was in the book as Ben. I've been through similar things with football. A person gets hurt, you takeover, help your team win a championship. It was just a great book from Mike Lupica. Great stuff!

I like the sports in it and things like that. Sam is injured, and in other books that type of thing doesn't happen. So I like the realism in the book. Good stuff right now.
