Dani is 45% done with The Fire This Time: A New Generation Speaks About Race
The Fire Next Time is one of my favorite books on race. I picked this up very hesitantly because Baldwin is a hard act to follow. I can’t lie, so far, besides the intro, this has been a laborious, tedious read. I am going to have to put this one down. Maybe another time.
