The last year I have replaced my shoe addiction with my home book library expansion of weekly reading. At least my vocabulary is broader than my ankles at this age! #perspective

I always wanted to be a military nurse when I grew up! I got the nursing degree but never served except alongside families in crisis. I think it's all coming full circle as I read about what is still avail for my role in service to others.

1st hubs was Special Forces. I wish he would read & understand the addiction/ recovery/trauma /life choices is still possible! Undeniably D's walk then & now has given me an unrelenting need to keep serving those with grief, loss, & bereavement. That's just one chapter of my own life that started my insatiable reading habit. Understanding other's tragedies and you reveal to heal within yourself!

The original reason Matthew wrote this book is reflective to a personal story of loss that Incan relate to. Forgiveness is a true freedom issue. Releasing it for yourself about others is a faith action step toward health--even if those who need your forgiveness never know. Grace and truth come thru compassion and letting go otherwise you would stay consumed forever. Great book.
