Much like Elvis adapted/borrowed/stole from blues musicians to become King, seems like Georgey boy adapted/borrowed/stole from the Indians’ military tactics and strategy that he encountered in the French & Indian War to later defeat the King’s army and become POTUS #1. Can’t get more quintessentially American than that. Guerrilla shit

petey pablo is on page 165 of 592 of John Brown, Abolitionist: The Man Who Killed Slavery, Sparked the Civil War, and Seeded Civil Rights
Fuggin Missourah slavers terrorized people with impunity, literally tarring and feathering people, tying them to a raft sending them down a river with signs proclaiming the supremacy of the white race. They thought the abolitionists were a bunch of spineless cowards. Until cha boy John Brown shows up. (Maybe dems have something to learn here?)

randomly Wikipedia some city’s name and find crazy history:

“The village's adult male population was killed by New Zealand forces in the aftermath of the Sinai and Palestine campaign, in an illegal retribution for the killing of a New Zealand soldier.”

uhhh, who woulda guessed New Zealand soldiers killed literally all the men of a Palestinian city a hundred years ago

I really enjoy his writing. the opposite of an airport book, not only for the first scene of an airplane exploding in mid-air. another review said it’s “packed with no padding.” true, it makes me focus for every sentence, almost meditative. it’s an immigrant story with feet in both worlds mixed with Paradise Lost and the Quran.
btw, one big reason for the fatwa is that Khomeini is a character in the book
