curious how this book is going to turn out

Fear and love have opposing agendas abd opposite strategies for achieving them. They cannot coexist in a person, relationship or culture.

This will shock any Christian elitist out there because of its direct, very straightforward use if words, but you will get the point and will have a better understanding of grace. It's beautiful. It's an easy read too, something you can read on the plane, while traveling.

Interesting at first then I lost touch... Will probably go back to it someday. Back on the shelf for now

I appreciate this book more than his other book Blue Like Jazz eventhough I've heard so many people liked BLJ. He has a different sense of humor- his story about attending a writers' conference was hilarious!

Just as there have been influential Christian thinkers in the past, so there will be influential Christian thinkers in the future, those who are called by God to help the rest of us know Him better and better.

The enemy was blinded by what's about to happen on the Cross because they don't have the eyes of faith...
