I’m a huge Ann Patchett fan. I love how she makes family dynamics so interesting without turning them toxic. Her ability to tell a story almost always leaves me feeling as though I’ve been sitting in a room with her, listening aptly as she recalls an important memory. I really could not put this one down and literally read it overnight. 5 ⭐️s.
