slowly but surely i guess

this chapter is quite funny :)))

this is quite cute so far. small town, christmas vibes and not much happening. it’s quite lowkey for now, tho i wasn’t expecting much else so it’s nice

Sam hate club

i have never disliked a character as much as i dislike Sam

Samantha is one of the most annoying main characters i’ve ever read about 💀
he killed the guy because he was about to kill you and you’re mad about it?? tf ?? should have just left you to perish atp 💀

Sam is a good FMC overall, but she’s just too stuck in her own head for this whole thing to work
atp i don’t even think he is the problem, i think she doesn’t deserve him 💀 and like i get her situation and where she’s standing with her feelings, but it doesn’t make it any less annoying

its so good!! Sam is a badass and Cadean is turning out to be quite the cutie

i know Sam is the character whose POV matters the most for story development, but i truly read this just hoping each next chapter will be Cadean’s oops
i like him a lil too much

if any man behaved like Sol irl i’d call the police to get a restraining order. It’s good that i like my fictional men bad cause otherwise this would be so hard to read. Instead he’s just…Sol. hot.
He also can parallel park. double hot.

Rand is extremely annoying and manipulative. Sol is an idiot in love and Lettie is just torn in between everyone

Sol sounds obsessive, possessive, dangerous and extra attached emotionally (and sexually) to Scarlett, so far. I do be loving it

also Raahosh just lifted the rating for this from 3.5 to 4, cause he’s a cutie rn

Unfortunately, i think because i liked the first book and its characters so much, reading the sequel just doesn’t really rise to my expectations. But Alex is hot sooo
The action has just kicked off, so i’m hoping i will like Lottie and Alex more as the book goes :D
