I super would find this more interesting if it had to do with a woman running a cafe by herself with zero experience.....Turns out running a business is super easy!

I am super loving this book! More than the Unhoneymooners? Maybe!

I am enchanted with how sweet Colossus is with Storm. He's so sensitive and gallant like a sweet brother. Seeing Nightcrawler from the beginning is interesting too. I never knew how much of a jokester he was. Storm has always been awesome.

Only a few pages into this GORGEOUS novel and I learned a new word. "Leucism is a genetic condition that causes partial loss of pigmentation in animals, resulting in white, pale, or patchy skin, hair, feathers, scales, or cuticles."

The deeper I get into this massive book, the more I notice the distinctive style of different artists. One guest artist hated the original X-Men logo so much that he asked to change it when he whipped up the art for the issue. He didn't even want to sign his name to the second issue. He signed it, "Art: Do we have to tell you?" Amazing that out of annoyance the most iconic X-Men logo was formed. Thanks Jim Steranko!

It just occurred to me that Marvel Girl's mask is supposed to represent an X. How have I never noticed that before??? SMH.

It was amusing seeing the X-Men have a car wash to raise money to fly to Europe to save Professor X. The Blackbird was out of gas and the kids were all broke.

This is really NOT great ....I hope it gets better.

Terrible cover art but intriguing story. Reminds me of Dresden Files.

The heroine is an unhinged psycho, and I am here for it!
