This should be mandatory reading (or audio) for anyone in the healthcare sector... Or just anyone. Highly informative (though at times probably selective) and motivational.
Part 1 details how to prevent and reverse leading causes of death with what we eat, one chapter for each illness (heart, lungs, Parkinson's, depression, etc).
Part 2 covers good foods with ideas how to incorporate them and effects on your body.
